Returns & Refund Policy

At SPOKE by Nishit Soni, each piece is custom-crafted with precision. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Defective or flawed fabric.
  • Incorrect item delivered.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests for returns or exchanges due to wrong item or manufacturing defects must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Issues related to fabric flaws must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for accessories, including:

Neckties, bowties, pocket squares, cummerbunds, and cufflinks.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • A clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item.

Pickup & Inspection Process

  • Our customer service team will arrange a pickup within 48 hours of your request.
  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
  • If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 48 hours.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
  • After processing, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges, including Express, Next Day, or International Delivery, are non-refundable , unless:
    • The item was delivered late.
    • There was a verified product fault.
